Top of clipping: double-rule masthead with large display-serif paper name, three-cell meta strip (date / italic motto / issue-no + price). Body: left column with a halftone-dot newspaper photo (with a stylized portrait silhouette inside, framed by black border) and italic caption; right column with section-tag accent bar, 2-line display-serif HEADLINE, gold-rule + sub-deck, BY-LINE reporter credit, 5-line newsprint body paragraph and a "CONTINUED ON PAGE 4" continuation line. Overlaid on the right side: a stamped diagonal red "BREAKING" / "EXCLUSIVE" / "EXTRA!" / "CONFIRMED" / "WORLD FIRST" oval stamp with date sub-line, plus 3 yellow Scotch-tape strips at random rotations (top-left, top-right, bottom-left) with jagged edges and subtle paper-color reveals.
